Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £100+VAT.

Black Friday Offer - Free delivery for UK Mainland orders placed between 21st-30th November 2024. Offer ends midnight 30th November 2024. Exclusions may apply.

Returns

At Aspire Hygiene Ltd t/a Aspire Cleaning Supplies, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our cleaning supplies.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

1. Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@aspirecleaningsupplies.co.uk

Provide your order number and brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package, as we can not guarantee that we will recieve your returned item.

4. Refunds:

Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability, and any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Exceptions:

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website.

Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will replace the item or issue a refund as necessary, at no additional cost to you.
